Baseline Emissions Footprint
Baseline emissions are a record of the greenhouse gases that have been produced in the past and were produced prior to the introduction of any strategies to reduce emissions. Baseline emissions are the reference point against which emissions reduction can be measured.

Current Emissions Reporting
Reporting Year: 2023
Current emissions follow similar patterns to the baseline year, with continued monitoring and reporting of Scope 3 emissions including server utilisation, waste generated, business travel, and employee commuting.
Emissions Reduction Targets
To continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:
- 70% reduction in commuting trips to the office to be achieved by Q1 2026
- Cycle to work scheme introduction designed to enhance commuting reduction via rail & road by Q1 2024
- Carbon offsetting scheme to be introduced by Q1 2025
- Laptop refurbishment scheme with 75% of all embodied carbon emissions associated with laptop use to be fully realised by Q1 2032
- Carbon neutral supplier for data sheets and marketing materials to be achieved by Q4 2023
- 20% reduction per year in emissions from international flights to the USA over the next 10 years
Projected Reduction
We project that carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years to 4.95 tCO2e by 2028. This is a reduction of 76%.

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives
Our move towards a 70% reduction in commuting trips to the office has begun to be implemented and the carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes equate to 1.08 tCO2e, a 14% reduction against the 2022 baseline. These measures will be in effect when performing the contract.

Declaration and Sign Off
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.
- Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard.
- Uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.
- Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements.
- Required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors.
